Multi-user share and manage mails

In WinPIM, multi-user can share and manage the same email account.

Login WinPIM with the same user account

In WinPIM, multi-user can login Login WinPIM with the same user account at the same time.

Login WinPIM with the different user account

If multi-users login WinPIM with the different user account, each user needs to create a mail account with the same Default E-mail setting to share emails.

WinPIM will not show emails unless you create corresponding email account. For example, when 'User A' received an email under 'support@winpim.com' email account, 'User B' needs to create an email accounts with 'support@winpim.com' to show the emails.

Note:

You need WinPIM Workgroup Edition to share emails.
