Remote Mails Management |
Use remote mail server management tool, you don't need to download all the email from the server, it can get mail headers, such as sender, subject, sent time, size etc. information, you can use decide whether to download or remove directly from server depends on these information.
On the menu, click to bring up the Mail Rule window.
First, you need to select which email account you want to access.
Then, you can choose to load All Mails or New Mails headers from server.
All Mails: Will load all the mails header from server.
New Mails: Will load only new mails from server. If you select Leave a copy on server option in Mail Account, you may leave downloaded mail on the server. This action will ignore them.
After load all the email headers, you can multi-select the mail headers, and set Actions for the selected mail. The actions are: Don't Receive, Never Receive, Receive & Keep, Receive & Del, and Delete
Click Run button on the toolbar to run the actions you set for each mail.
