In E-Mail options, you can change e-mail settings.
Mail Format
Default Font
Click [Change] to set the font, the font style and the font size that will be used as default when writing emails. The Demo box shows the current settings.
Read Receipt
The receipt is sent when the message recipient has displayed your message. This is useful when you are sending time-critical information, or any time you want confirmation that your message has been received.
When you read an email with receipt request, you can select how to deal with the request in this Read Receipt options.
Mail Accounts
You need to create at least one mail account to use email functions.
Add Account
Click [Add] button to add new account.
Full Name: You name here where will be shown on as mail sender when the recipients your mail.
Default E-Mail: Your email address, for example support@winpim.com
Server Name: Mail server name, for example: winpim
Incoming mail(POP3): Get your emails from this server, for example: pop.winpim.com
Leave a copy on server: Download new emails from server, but don't remove the mails from the server, so you can download again in the future.
Outgoing Mail (SMTP): Send email via this server.for example: smtp.winpim.com
Port: Mail server port. Usually you don't need to change it.
Use SSL: Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection. For example: Google Gmail needs SSL connection.
Outgoing mail server requires authentication: Select this if your outgoing server requires authentication
Account Name: Mail Account name, for example: support
Password: You mail account password
Signature: Write your personal signature here, and when you write a mail, click [Signature] button to insert your signature quickly. The signature supports HTML codes.
Del Account
Click [Del] button to delete the mail account.
Change Account
Double click your mail account or click [Open] button to open your mail account for edit.
Default Account
If you set up multi-accounts, you can set one as your default mail account then your compose a new mail. Click [Default] button to set up.
Save your settings
Remember to click [OK] to save your settings
