There are three different ways to export your contact data:
Export a business card
The easiest way to exchange contact information with people over the Internet is by attaching a business card to e-mail messages. A business card is your contact information from the Address Book in vCard format. The vCard format can be used with a wide variety of digital devices and operating systems.

Switch to the Contact view.

Select one or more contacts.
|

Select a location to store the export files, and then click [Next].
|
5.
|
Choose if you want to export All contacts or just the Selected contacts, and click [Finish].

To export your own business card, create a contact entry with your own data.
Export CSV Format
The CSV format can be used with a wide variety of software. Including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc. To export your contacts to CSV format:

Switch to the Contact view.
|

Select one or more contacts.
|

Enter a new file name for the CSV file, and click [Next].
|
5.
|
Choose if you want to export All contacts or just the Selected contacts, and click [Next].

6.
|
Select the fields you want to export, and then click [Finish].
|
Export HTML Format
You can also export your contacts to HTML format.

Switch to the Contact view.
|
2.
|
Select one or more contacts.
|
4.
|
Enter a new file name for the HTML file, and click [Next].
|
5.
|
Choose if you want to export All contacts or just the Selected contacts, and click [Next].
