If you have many contacts it might be handy to use groups. With groups you can save you contacts like files in directories. But there is more....you can even place a contact in several groups, so it is easier to retrieve contacts.
Handle groups
Create a group

Switch to the Contact view.

Select the group in which you want to create a sub group

Change the name of the new group.

Rename a group

Right-click the group.

Move a group

Drag and the drop the group on a new location

Delete a group

Right-click the group.

Click [Yes] to confirm the deletion.

Grouping contacts
Add a new contact

Open the group you want to add the contact to.

Move an existing contact to a group

Drag and the drop the contact on a new location.

Use contact in multiple groups

Drag and the drop the contact on a new location.
|
Copy will make an exact copy of the contact in the target group.
Map will only make a link to the contact in the target group. While working with the contact map, you will not see any differences, except that changes to the mapped contact will be reflected in the original.
