Contacts

You can enter following settings here:

Default country/region

Fill in any text to be displayed as default when entering a new contact. Also used for auto fill in in combination with Information.

Listed full name display as

Choose the way you want the full name of your contacts to be displayed.

List

Trace and select

When checked, a contact in the list will be selected by placing the mouse cursor on it. You don't have to click.

Show grid

When checked, a grid is shown in the contact list.

Show tips

When checked, a call-out appears when you move the cursor over a contact in the contact list. The call-out shows the properties of the contact.

Custom fields

In WinPIM  you have 20 customizable fields for contacts. In the list you can change them by selecting one and click [Change].

To restore a changed field click [Restore] or click [Restore all] to reset all fields to their original settings.

Note!

Only level 5 user with full access can change the fields setting.

Remember to click [OK] to save your settings
