License Agreement

License Agreement

Each licensed user of WinPIM is entitled to use WinPIM on more than one (1) personal computer provided that it is for their own personal use only.  If WinPIM is installed on a computer network each WinPIM user on that network requires their own license.

Licensing brings the legal right to continue using WinPIM.  You will receive a Register ID code that will eliminate the "registration reminder" screen.

Licensed WinPIM customers are entitled to electronically download WinPIM incremental updates from our Web Site and to use those downloaded incremental updates at no additional software charge.

Prospects

Prospective customers are encouraged to evaluate an unlicensed version of WinPIM for up to 30 uses for the purpose of deciding whether the program suits their needs.  At the end of this 30-use evaluation period, a user must either cease using WinPIM or purchase a license for continued use.  Use of an unlicensed copy of WinPIM for more than 30 uses, or use of a licensed copy by any person or business other than the licensee, is prohibited and a violation of international copyright laws.
