Translate WinPIM

To Translate:

1) Download some tools: WinPIM Resource Comparer

2) Run WinPIM Resource Comparer, get your Language ID, create a sub folder under '{winpim}\language\', the sub folder's name is the Language ID.

3) Copy all the files and subfolders in '{winpim}\language\eng\' to your new sub folder.

4) Translate 'language.xml' to your language.

5) (Not necessary) Translate other '.txt' and '.xml' files in your language folder.

To Test:

Run WinPIM, WinPIM can recognize your new language automatically.

To Release:

After you finish your translation and want to share with others, please compress and send us your language folder, we'll release it in the setup file.
