Sorting
You can sort the tasks on the content of any of the fields:

Click a column header to sort the column in ascending order.

Click the column header again to sort it in descending order.

Change columns
The order of the columns can be changed to fit your needs. You can even hide some of the columns:

Right-click the task list.
|
To show columns that are currently hidden:

Click the check boxes before the columns in the Not List field box.
|

Click the [ > ] button to add them to the listed fields.
To show all the columns, click [ >> ]

To hide columns that are currently visible:

Click the check boxes before the columns in the List field box.
|

|
Click the [ < ] button to remove them from the listed fields.
To remove all the columns, click [ << ]

To change the column order:

Select the column you want to move.
|

|
Click either [Move Up] or [Move Down] to move the column to the right or left.

5.
|
Click [OK] to save your changes.
