If you set reminder to resident, you can see the reminder's icon  in System Tray.
Double click the reminder icon to bring up the Reminder Options.
The reminder program will select the most recent data folder as it's data folder.
All the reminder options can be set from this tab:

Current Reminder User

Select the user to reminder.

Default Reminder User
|
When checked, the reminder program will log in as the selected user automatically without show you the user login window.

Save Password
|
When selected, use the saved password to log in the data folder.
You can select to Save Password on your computer in reminder Login window.

Run me at start
|
When checkup, the reminder program will run when your system starts.
|
Alarm Clock
|
When checked, a sound will be played at o'clock.
|
Check for new versions of WinPIM automatically
|
When checked, reminder program will try to check the new versions of WinPIM each time when the reminder program starts.
|
Use balloon tips in system tray to display WinPIM Reminders
|
When checked, any reminder information will be shown in balloon tips style.

Remember to click [OK] to save your settings
