One common group who use this utility are on-the-go professionals who travel with WinPIM on a laptop while their assistant is back at the home office using a copy of the database, too. The WinPIM Data Folder Synchronizer utility allows you to easily update both databases to include all of the new additions and edits made by either person in WinPIM.

Tips:

To sync 2 computers' WinPIM data, you can use a USB disc or a Cloud Drive to sync with one computer first, then sync with another computer.

Prepare: In WinPIM, click File -> Backup, back the data folder first to the USB disc or the Cloud Drive.

Sync: In both computers' WinPIM, click Sync -> Data Folder Sync, select the Data Folder in your USB disc or the Cloud Drive. Then start Sync.

Note:

Only WinPIM Business Edition can sync with network shared data folder.
